Dinate Engineering is looking to work with an experienced self-employed Plumbing and/or Heating Engineer, CIS-registered subcontractor, on a project-based basis to support our workload across South West and Central London. This opportunity is suitable for a professional who is confident working independently and is looking for project-based or ad-hoc work, rather than guaranteed full-time hours.
We’d like to hear from you if you:
- are a self-employed plumber and/or heating engineer
- are registered under the CIS scheme
- can attend and complete jobs independently
- are confident carrying out plumbing and/or heating works (depending on your qualifications)
- are comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner
- can diagnose issues and deliver work efficiently and safely
- are reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- can follow job instructions and company processes
- hold relevant qualifications and certifications for the work you undertake
- are ideally based in South West London or nearby for easy commute
- have a good level of spoken and written English
- hold a valid CSCS card
- are available for project-based and ad-hoc work (no guaranteed full-time hours)
Typical work may include:
- plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- attending jobs independently and completing work to a high standard
- providing clear job updates, notes, photos, and feedback
