The Global Distribution & Partnerships Manager will lead the development and management of hotel partnerships across DÍN?H. This role is responsible for onboarding new hotel partners, managing contractual agreements, and ensuring seamless integration into global distribution systems. The Manager will oversee GDS connectivity, rate loading, and inventory management while maintaining strong relationships with hotel leadership teams, including General Managers and Directors of Sales. This role requires a commercially minded hospitality professional with strong expertise in luxury hotel distribution, contracting, and global reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global hotel partnerships and onboarding for the DÍN?H.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with ultra-luxury hotels and resorts aligned with the collection’s brand positioning.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, commission structures, and distribution terms.
