Job Description
As a Host/Receptionist you will be the first point of contact, welcoming guests and ensuring a warm beginning to their dining experience. Welcome and seat guests, setting a friendly tone and guiding them through our menu. Coordinate bookings and walk‑ins through our CRM system, arranging seating and supporting special requests. Assist with guest payments and respond to inquiries while upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Help buss tables and maintain an organised venue, ensuring smooth service with light lifting and rearranging as needed.
