Job Description

We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years! The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent service with a passion for hospitality. You will be able to deliver on the following:

  • Crafting high-quality drinks with attention to detail
  • Able to positively motivate a bar team to keep up with a high-volume restaurant and achieve high performance
  • Experience in drinks menu development would be a plus
  • Work collaboratively within the bar leadership team
