Key Responsibilities
- Lead & inspire the FOH team to deliver world‑class service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, team performance & sales targets
- Train and develop staff, upholding our hospitality and brand standards
- Manage cash handling, EOD reports & hygiene compliance
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast‑paced, structured restaurant
- Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
- A hands‑on positive leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
- Strong communication, problem‑solving & organisational skills
