Who will I be supporting
- Two lovely ladies and a gentleman in their early 20s who share the home together.
- They have autism, learning disabilities, visual impairments and the gentleman communicates via body language and sign language and needing a good understanding of routines and structures?
- They attend college, day services and work placements, and like a lot of young people, they love being out and about socialising with their friends, spending time on social media and going to the pub for food
- They also have loving and supportive families who they enjoy spending time with
What will I be doing
- Living in their own homes is a big step for these young people so we are looking for patient, empathetic, and positive people to support them through this next important stage of their lives
- Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
- Support will include prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Shifts
- Days, sleep ins - flexible to work a combination
- 3-11pm - Sleepover
- 7:30-930pm
- 2-10pm
- 8am-10pm
- 10-4pm on Weekends
