Are you an experienced Personal Assistant who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to a busy leadership role? Can you manage complex information, anticipate what is needed and give calm, respectful challenge when priorities are at risk?

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Regional Managing Director and Responsible Individual for Dimensions Cymru. This is a high-trust role combining senior support function, ADHD-informed ways of working and important governance and regulatory administration & coordination. The hours available are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £30,000 pro-rata salary of £18,000. This is a part-time role in which work is guided by business priorities. The focus is on completing the most important and time-sensitive activities, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

  • Helping keep priorities visible, ensuring important tasks get started and stay moving.
  • Managing the flow of information and supporting turning discussions into clear actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Providing accurate and dependable support for leadership meetings, governance cycles, regulatory requirements and communication across Dimensions Cymru and the wider Dimensions Group.

About you

The successful applicant will:

  • Manage a complex and busy diary and inbox, protecting time for the most important work.
  • Curate clear daily and weekly views of priorities, decisions and deadlines.
  • Prepare concise briefings and bring clarity to complex or incomplete information.
  • Keep actions, commitments and follow-ups visible across meetings, emails and different workstreams.
  • Confirm important discussions in writing, including decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Organise meetings, coordinate papers, capture actions and follow through to completion.
  • Maintain governance calendars, trackers, records and supporting evidence.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Check dates, figures, actions and information carefully before they are shared.
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues and key contacts across the organisation.
  • Identify gaps, conflicts and delays, raising them calmly and constructively.
