  • Focus on Quality: Champion person‑centred, strengths‑based approaches including Active Support and personalisation.
  • Operational Leadership: Contribute to rotas, recruitment, staff development, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Build positive relationships with families, health professionals, and social care teams.
  • Stay Hands‑On: Step into direct support when needed, maintaining a practical understanding of day‑to‑day operations.
  • Use Systems Effectively: Confidently work with digital tools, systems and reporting processes.

  • Previous experience working in a social care or healthcare environment
  • Understanding of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

  • Confidence using IT systems and learning new processes
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards this
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £33,217.30 per year (including 15% Off‑Rota Allowance)
  • 30 days annual leave (pro rata) with the option to buy/sell leave
  • Funded training and qualifications to support your progression
  • A strong focus on wellbeing, including a dedicated staff listening network
  • Bike‑to‑Work scheme
  • Retail, restaurant, entertainment and leisure discounts
  • Enhanced DBS paid for by us
  • Guaranteed interview for disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria
