About the role:
You’ll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands-on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives.
Shift Patterns:
- Long Days: 7:30am – 10:00pm
- Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (paid to sleep)
Rotas are issued in advance to support work-life balance.
About you:
You’re caring, upbeat and reliable, with confidence to support varied needs and personalities. You enjoy active routines, teamwork and helping people live independently. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs. A manual driving licence is essential.
