Support Worker – Relief – Must Be Able to do Sleep in Shifts
Location: Sheffield

You will need to be caring, ambitious, thoughtful, and kind. Relief work offers ultimate flexibility – with no obligation to accept shifts, allowing you to fit your work around your personal commitments. Rather than accruing annual leave, this is paid on top of your hourly rate as you work. Whether you have supported people with learning disabilities before or are looking for a career change, we would love to hear from you. It is a great stepping stone into the healthcare sector.
The Role will involve
- Assisting with personal care
- Housekeeping
- Supporting with meal preparation
- Encouraging and supporting a variety of activities, from shopping trips to hobbies like cinema visits, music concerts, zoo trips, etc.
- Supporting with moving, positioning, and hoisting
- Assisting with medication, eating, and drinking
- Supporting delegated nursing tasks, such as catheter care
