Waking Night Support Worker – Part Time (Gosport)
Hours: 10 per week (2 nights per fortnight: 9pm–7am)
Be the Calm in Someone’s Night
We’re looking for a caring and thoughtful Night Support Worker to join our team in Gosport. You’ll be supporting two gentlemen who share a specially adapted bungalow and have complex physical needs. This is a rewarding role where your presence brings comfort, safety, and dignity through the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care and support with mobility (including moving and handling)
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a peaceful, safe environment overnight
- Supporting with medication and health needs
- Assisting with light household tasks like laundry and cleaning
- Encouraging independence and helping individuals build life skills
Who We Support
Our team supports people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, behaviours of distress, and other complex needs. If you’re kind, patient, and committed to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
