Female Support Worker – Full Time (37.5 hrs) – Fareham

About the role
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and autism with everyday tasks and personal care, encourage independence, and join them in the activities they love — from shopping and cinema trips to music, meals out, gardening, bird watching, and especially swimming. You’ll also accompany them to appointments and out in the community.

What you need
- Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
- Ability to work a mix of shifts between 7am–10pm, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others thrive
- This role requires a female Support Worker under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010
