We’re looking for a caring and proactive Support Workers to join our team in a supported living home, where four gentlemen aged 50–62 are supported to live life to the fullest. This is a joyful, music-filled environment where laughter is part of everyday life.
The gentlemen love singing, playing instruments, baking, and cooking together, so if you enjoy music and food, you’ll feel right at home. One gentleman especially enjoys being out, whether it’s a drive, a walk, or exploring somewhere new.
As part of our team, you’ll provide person-centred support with daily routines, personal care, mobility (including wheelchair use when out and about), and appointments. You’ll also play a key role in encouraging independence and supporting social interests. Staff work in pairs during the day, with lone working only for planned 1:1 support or after 8pm, ensuring strong teamwork and shared responsibility.
This home runs both day and waking night shifts, so flexibility is important. In return, you’ll be joining a values-driven organisation where respect, courage, ambition, integrity, and partnership guide everything we do. Together, we make a real difference every day.
