We are recruiting passionate Part-time Support Workers in Gosport to assist a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently at home.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and encouraging participation in activities the individual enjoys
- Assisting with personal care
- Helping with shopping, cooking, housework, cleaning, and laundry
- Supporting medication management
