Support Worker – Bournemouth
Part-Time (27.5 Hours per week)
£12.85per hour

Dimensions are seeking Support Workers to enable the independence of an older gentleman we support in his home in the Slades Farm area of Bournemouth by assisting him in his day-to-day life.

Dimensions provide full training to all Support Workers, so no previous experience is needed.

The gentleman we support is in his 80’s and has a learning disability. He would like to meet a part-time (27.5 hours per week)Support Workers. This gentleman is fragile, he would like to meet staff who are happy to

  • Accompany him to the park so he can enjoy the outdoors
  • Assist him with his personal care
  • Support him with meal preparation and eating
  • Support him to maintain the cleanliness of his home

This gentleman would like you to know he is a smoker and smokes in his conservatory. He would also like you to know that he uses a wheelchair to mobilize when he is out of the house.

Shifts for this role are 07.00-14.30/11.30-22.00 with the option of working long days. Support Workers work on a two-week rolling rota, to be discussed in full detail at point of interview. Dimensions is pleased to offer a pay rate of £12.85per hour for this position.
