Support Worker – One to One Plus Community Team (Crawley)
Location: Crawley | Hours: Full & Part-Time (16-37.5 hrs/week)
Driving Licence & Vehicle Required – Mileage Allowance – We pay 45p per mile

This is a dynamic, community-based role supporting adults with learning disabilities across multiple local locations. You\’ll help people attend appointments, engage in social and recreational activities, and access services that promote wellbeing and independence.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one support in the community
- Assisting with appointments, outings, and social activities
- Promoting independence through tailored support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
- Transporting individuals safely to and from activities
What You\’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Business use car insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Flexibility to work rotational hours (7am-9pm), including alternate weekends
- Compassion, reliability, and a person‑centred mindset
