Everything we do is rooted in our belief in better lives for more people – and safeguarding is fundamental to making that vision a reality.

About the role

Occasional visits to engage with people we support and colleagues will form a valuable part of the role.

  • Is passionate about protecting rights, promoting dignity and improving outcomes for people in vulnerable situations
  • Provides challenge with empathy, curiosity and integrity
  • Is confident chairing complex discussions while ensuring all voices are heard
  • Is committed to equality, inclusion and amplifying lived experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring their whole self to governance – your professional insight, personal values and life experience all matter.
