We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Resourcing Coordinator to join us. In this business support role, you’ll be part of an inclusive, trusted team where every contribution matters. Your work behind the scenes will help ensure we continue delivering life-changing support across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide friendly, professional support to candidates and internal colleagues throughout the recruitment journey.
- Handle inbound calls, record information on our ATS (Recruitive), and share with relevant team members.
- Manage team inboxes, resolve queries, upload documentation, and maintain accurate system records.
- Support Internal Resourcing Consultants by screening applications, arranging interviews, monitoring application levels, and updating the ATS.
- Help identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Assist with coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs and career days.
- Produce recruitment reports and metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment databases and track user access, job statuses, and organisational changes.
- Monitor consent for imagery and content used in recruitment materials and maintain the tracker.

About you
You’ll be someone who brings kindness, organisation, and a proactive approach to your work. You will also have:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or an administrative/business support environment.
- GCSE level education (or equivalent).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working to targets and deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (including Excel).
- The ability to build warm, effective relationships with colleagues at every level.

Working hours & flexibility
This is a home-based part-time role of 18.75 hours per week. We’re happy to discuss and agree a pattern that works for you—but availability on Tuesdays is essential for team coordination. Some travel may be required for team meetings. Depending on your location, you may also choose to work occasionally from one of our regional offices.
