FULL UK/EU Driving Licence and Own car and business insurance is essential as you will taking people we support to activities and health appointments and support in the community. (55p per mile mileage allowance)
Approximate Shift Patterns: 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm or 10am - 4.30pm

About the Role
We are expanding our
Outreach provisions across Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton, supporting more individuals to live independently within their communities.
This is a role where
no two days are the same β and every day matters. As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, flexible support that empowers adults with learning disabilities to live confidently, safely, and independently.
You'll work across multiple community settings, helping people access appointments, social activities, and essential services that promote wellbeing and independence.
What You'll Be Doing
- One-to-one community support β empowering individuals to live independently
- Personal Care β delivered with dignity and respect
- Supporting appointments & outings β ensuring people stay connected and engaged
- Promoting independence through tailored support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing care planning
