What We're Looking For:

  • You don't need experience - just the right attitude: Kind, patient, and genuinely caring
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Comfortable supporting people with different needs and personalities
  • Able to adapt - from quiet, relaxed days to more social, active ones
  • A driver with a Full UK manual licence (essential)
