About the role Support Worker Full time, Part time, and Relief opportunities available. Coltishall,

Norwich, NR12Full UK Driving licence and access to own car essential.

You will be supporting two gentlemen in a supported living home, each receiving 1:1 support, ensuring personalised, person-centred support at all times.

This is a varied role where you will help people to develop independent living skills, including meal preparation, managing daily routines, and supporting with medication.

The other gentleman enjoys a very active and social lifestyle, he loves shopping, holidays, attending a social club and DJing/music.

He also has three chickens and enjoys being supported to care for them.

Shift patterns are 7:00am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm (including sleep-in shifts), alternate weekends and bank holidays required.

About you You are compassionate, patient, and motivated by helping others live fulfilling lives.

You are willing to support with cooking, daily living tasks, and medication assistance.

You can work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

You are a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and colleagues.
