About the role

– Male Support Worker

– Part time – 20 hours per week

– Lincoln, LN6

– Full UK MANUAL driving licence essential. ?

As a Support Worker, you\’ll be working closely with people who enjoy living active, varied and fulfilling lives. Your days might include heading out for walks, going bowling, dancing to their favourite music, swimming, cooking and baking together, enjoying crafts, going shopping, spending time with family, or simply going for a relaxing drive. Holidays, days out and community involvement are also a regular part of life for the people you\’ll be supporting.

You will also be offering practical support with daily living, helping with personal care, cooking, keeping the home clean and comfortable, attending appointments, and encouraging independence wherever possible. You\’ll work within a set rota that includes early shifts, late shifts, long days, mid-shifts and sleep-ins. You\’ll also work every other weekend as part of a two-week rolling pattern, providing consistency and stability for the people you support.

Because getting out and about is such an important part of their routines, you must hold a FULL UK manual driving licence and be confident driving the people we support in their own vehicles.
