About the Role
We're building a new support team for a gentleman in his 40's that we'll soon be supporting in his own home and we're looking for someone compassionate, patient, and encouraging to join us. You'll be supporting a quiet gentleman with Autism who has a great sense of humour; he enjoys music. He thrives with calm, steady support and benefits from encouragement to build confidence in everyday activities such as:
- Daily walks
- Shopping and planning meals
- Keeping his home comfortable
While the core hours are set, there may occasionally be planned support needed outside these times always with plenty of notice.
