About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and dynamic Support Worker to join our welcoming residential home in Littlehampton, where we support seven adults with learning disabilities. Your day-to-day work will be varied, meaningful, and full of connection. You’ll support people to:

  • Stay connected with family and friends
  • Enjoy community activities such as bowling, theatre trips, zoo visits, and more
  • Develop independence through daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Have fun at home with board games, movies, and shared downtime

Please note: regular personal care is part of this role.

About You

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours) with a variety of shift patterns, including:

  • 8am–3pm
  • 3pm–9pm
  • Long days: 8am–9pm
