This is more than just a night shift—it's a chance to be a reassuring presence, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety through the quiet hours.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Checking on individuals at regular intervals to ensure they're comfortable and well
  • Providing personal care when needed
  • Carrying out household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Recording daily notes and incidents using our IT systems
  • Ensuring the premises remains secure and safe throughout the night

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, reliable individual with a calm and thoughtful approach
  • Comfortable with personal care and lone working
  • Confident using basic IT systems for record-keeping
  • Committed to delivering person-centred support
