Lead Support Worker in Cardiff, CF23 6PW
- £13.86 per hour with additional £50 per night for sleep-in shifts
- Full time – 37.5 hours per week
- Preference will be given to applicants who hold a full UK or EU driving licence
We are seeking a new Lead Support Worker, experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities.
This is a fabulous opportunity for a person who wants to progress their career within Social Care. Your energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive, positive-risk taking approach is key, as is up front, clear and consistent communication, with strong organisational skills. IT skills are important too – you don\’t have to be a whizz, but competent! Being a proactive, engaging and caring individual, who is also a competent and confident Practice Lead for your colleagues, you will promote our values to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support. With an eye for detail, you will play a key role in ensuring support plans are up to date and relevant. You will also aid your colleagues to maintain a high level of compliance and safety in the homes you work in.
