Dimensions Housing Service’s centralised Housing Hub Team (HHT) is the first point of contact for tenants, Dimensions support colleagues/teams, and external callers. The Housing Hub Services Officers (HHSO) manage telephone and email communication, offering initial advice and redirecting callers to colleagues across Dimensions. They manage property maintenance requests by diagnosing the repair need and placing orders with contractors. They provide a housing advisory service to Dimensions Operations teams, order property compliance works, and monitor service delivery and tenant satisfaction.

The full-time salary is £29,706.00, with a pro-rata salary of £17,823.60 for 22.5 hours.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing landlord services to tenants and advice/support to Dimensions colleagues by answering calls and emails received into the Housing Hub and Dimensions.
  • Managing all enquiries individually and as part of a team, with a customer-focused attitude, aiming to resolve enquiries at first point of contact.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Dimensions to ensure effective management of all non-housing enquiries.
  • Raising work orders for housing repairs, compliance, and service chargeable services such as garden works and white goods, received by phone or email.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven ability to manage incoming calls and maintain strong outbound call performance.
  • Previous experience working within a housing association environment.
  • The ability to follow management guidance and processes.
  • An understanding of how departments within a housing association and/or a care and support provider interact.
