Dimensions in Gosport is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team.
You will care for five young men with autism living in their own flats, helping them develop independence, confidence and meaningful daily routines.
We offer rotating shifts including alternate weekends, sleep‑in opportunities, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression, DBS covered, and training to support positive outcomes for the people we serve.
A full UK/EU driving licence is required.
