Female Support Worker â Start 2026 with Purpose in SN14 (Chippenham)
Location: SN14, Chippenham (15âminute walk from Chippenham Community Hospital)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (varied shifts including sleepâins)
Pay Rate: ÂŁ13.04 per hour + ÂŁ50 per sleepâin

About the role
Weâre looking for a Female Support Worker to join our warm, energetic team in SN14, supporting four adultsâtwo women and two menâaged midâ60s to 80s. Three individuals have profound learning disabilities, and one has a mild learning disability.
Youâll play an essential role in supporting daily routines, promoting independence, and creating positive, meaningful moments every day.
Who youâll be supporting
Youâll work with individuals who:
- Require personal care and support with daily routines
- Use hoists and wheelchairs
- Enjoy social interaction, activities, and familiar routines
- Benefit from a personâcentred approach and positive riskâtaking
Shift patterns include
- Early: 7:00am â 2:30pm
- Late: 2:30pm â 10:00pm
- 24âhour: 10:00am â 10:00am (includes sleepâin)
- Sleepâin: 10:00pm â 7:00am (paid to sleep)
Your responsibilities
- Personal care
- Hoist use and mobility support
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration
- Supporting meaningful activities and community engagement
