We supportthree lovely ladies, aged from their 30s to 70s, who live together in a supported living bungalow. They express themselves through body language, vocal sounds, and warm smiles. They enjoy a calm, structured environment and thrive with support workers who are patient, observant, and genuinely caring.
Your role will involve full personal care, preparing meals, administering medication, and supporting the ladies with household tasks and appointments. Youâll also support them with swimming in a private pool every Tuesday, shopping, going for walks, enjoying drives with an ice cream stop, and visiting local cafĂŠs and bowling alleys.
Weâre looking forfemale support workerswho hold amanual UK driving licence, as each lady has her own car. Due to the rural location, youâll also need your own transport to get to the home.
Shifts follow a two-week rolling rota and include early, late, full-day, and waking night shifts. Youâll work every other weekend, usually just one day, and must be flexible to cover waking nights when needed.
