We are now looking for a passionate and motivated Lead Support Worker to join our team at Prince George House, supporting five gentlemen who live across four flats. Reporting to Registered Locality Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered.
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding support
- Empower the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives
- Support colleagues through supervisions and 1-2-1s
- Work collaboratively with the management team
- Occasionally support with off-rota administrative tasks
- Be flexible to work across other homes within the locality if required
Mixture of shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 10:00pm. Sleep-in shifts required (£50 per night).
