Pay rate: £14.45 per hour + £50 per sleep‑in

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rota‑based)

About the Role

Reporting to Registered Locality Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the service, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support is consistently delivered. You will:

  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding support
  • Empower the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives
  • Support colleagues through supervisions and 1‑2‑1s
  • Work collaboratively with the management team
  • Occasionally support with off‑rota administrative tasks
  • Be flexible to work across other homes within the locality if required

Working Pattern

Mixture of shifts: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm & 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Sleep‑in shifts required (£50 per night). Flexibility is essential due to the needs of the service.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about person‑centred support and inclusion
  • Leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability
  • Has experience supporting people with learning disabilities/autism (or similar)
  • Is confident supporting colleagues and stepping into a leadership role
  • Can work flexibly across services when needed
  • Lives in (or near) the West Dorset/Weymouth area
