About the role You'll be supporting two ladies in their 60s with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy (buccal medication required for one).
They also love having fun, with a cheeky sense of humour (including games like hide and seek!).
You'll provide a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 support , including personal care, meal preparation, medication , and supporting healthy routines.
There's a focus on encouraging activity, choice, and wellbeing , including reintroducing activities like swimming.
Shifts include a mix of early and late patterns, with alternating weekends .
About you You'll be: Outgoing and engaging , with a positive energy Encouraging of independence, choice, and healthy living Comfortable supporting personal care and manual handling Confident in the kitchen and able to prepare meals Patient and emotionally aware, especially on more sensitive days A full UK driver (automatic vehicle)Experience is desirable but not essential we'll support you to learn.
