To support the smooth and effective administration and communication of colleague benefits and engagement activities within a complex organisation, while actively driving increased uptake of colleague benefits across all locations. The hours of work are 28 hours a week with some flexibility on days. The full-time salary is £28,000 pro-rata salary of £20,907.66.

We plan to hold interviews via Microsoft Teams on 27th May, however, this may be subject to change depending on application volumes, and first‑stage interviews may be conducted earlier if required. This vacancy may close earlier than advertised if application levels are high.

About the role

  • Take a proactive approach to increasing colleague participation in benefits programmes, especially the discount scheme, including working in partnership with local area colleagues, and regularly checking and communicating discounts/offers covering holiday/event‑specific discounts where relevant.
  • Liaise with the Communications team to ensure colleague benefits information is accurate, clear, and up to date prior to publication.
  • Maintain accurate records (pay rate tables) and upload data to multiple benefits platforms.
  • Maintain current data on Benefits and HR sections of the intranet.

About you

  • Experience of administrative processes in a fast‑paced or complex organization.
  • Possess experience in a similar role in HR.
  • Competent in basic Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas, sorting/filtering).
  • Have a good understanding of employee benefits schemes and willingness to learn more about them.
