About the role
We're looking for a calm, confident and caring Female Support Worker to join our small, friendly team in SY2, supporting two women in their 50s-60s with learning disabilities and additional health needs. This is a rewarding role where consistency, patience and relationship-building are key. One lady may take a little longer to warm to new staff, so we're looking for someone who brings reassurance, warmth and reliability to every shift.

- Long days: 10:00am - 8:00pm
- Early shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Late shifts: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
- Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
Rotas are planned in advance to support work-life balance.
