This role sits within our Transformation team and supports projects by providing Business Analyst expertise to help them deliver real value to the business. You’ll be a key part of each project team working closely with project managers and stakeholders from the first conversation, right through to go-live and the support that follows. Your work will help make sure every project runs smoothly and delivers the outcomes our people need.
Your main duties will include:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops/meetings to capture and create high level ‘As Is’ processes, user stories and business scenarios
- Work alongside 3rd Party vendors assisting them with their business requirements gathering
- Assess the business impact of people/process/systems changes and create the ‘To Be’ processes
- Provide support to downstream processes, as required (e.g., user acceptance testing, operational readiness, transition activities)
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven track record of working within successful business transformation programmes
- Knowledge and experience of managing process change, including the mapping of ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ states
- Excellent work planning and prioritisation skills to optimise performance through responsiveness and flexibility
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
