Dimensions is recruiting for a Support Worker to help four people in their home in Barnsley. The role is on-site, full-time, permanent, with shifts including mornings, afternoons and sleep-in nights, and requires a caring, patient approach and a willingness to learn.
You will provide person-centred support for those with complex needs and help individuals participate in daily activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing while respecting dignity and independence.
