The Regional Project Surveyor is a key role within Dimensions, responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of the organization’s regional housing and other properties. This position is vital for delivering robust asset management and handling day-to-day maintenance inquiries. The post-holder will primarily focus on project-managing planned maintenance, refurbishment, development, and adaptation projects while ensuring statutory compliance in areas like gas, fire, water, electrical, and asbestos safety. The role requires a strong understanding of building surveying principles, contract management, and a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants. The successful candidate will cover the North East, Yorkshire & East Midlands.

Interviews will take place on the 18th September via Microsoft Teams.
