Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily personal care, hygiene and care routines.
- Support safe and effective manual handling duties.
- Administer medication as prescribed.

Shift Information:
- Shift patterns include early/late appointments, alternate weekend shifts, and waking nights.
- Must be able to work 4 waking nights a fortnight (Saturday/Sunday week 1, Monday/Wednesday week 2).

- Full UK/EU driving licence essential; will require driving automatic vehicles.
- Willingness to attain British Sign Language qualification and other health and social care qualifications.
- Prior experience in health and social care settings required.
- Strong background in similar roles, able to foster independence and empower individuals.
