Are you experienced in the administration of Defined Benefit schemes and projects and now looking to further develop your experience within a full-time project-based environment? You will be responsible for managing the de-risking client relationship for high profile and escalated client projects, together with supporting the client director and acting as the central point of contact for guidance. Working with the client director to prepare costings for new or pipeline project work across the De-risking teams, you will be fully responsible for:

  • Assessing and managing flagged risks in pension scheme data, which may impact effective project delivery.
  • Constantly reviewing processes to identify any opportunities/ideas for change and discussing these with your De-risking Operational Director.
  • Assessing any budget risks and escalating promptly as appropriate with a clear explanation of the risks and proposed remedial action.
  • Lead on high profile and escalated projects, ensuring that assigned project tasks are completed in line with timescales set out in the project plans or otherwise agreed with the client at the required level of quality.
  • Agree appropriate requirements, deadlines and budgets with client directors for assigned projects.
  • Attend project review meetings and project kick off calls, where required.
  • Develop a flexible method of communication to support client reporting.
