We're building a new support team for a gentleman soon to be supported in his own home, and we’re looking for someone compassionate, patient, and encouraging to join us. You'll be supporting a quiet, gentle man with Autism who enjoys music and films. He thrives with calm, steady support and benefits from encouragement to build confidence in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily walks
- Shopping and planning meals
- Keeping his home comfortable
- Attending his weekly arts and crafts club, with the aim of helping him feel confident enough to go independently in time
While the core hours are set, there may occasionally be planned support needed outside these times – always with plenty of notice.

Working Hours & Schedule
Part Time – 12 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 10am-1pm.
