The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You'll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands-on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You'll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives.

Shift patterns

  • Long Days: 7:30am - 10:00pm
  • Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (paid to sleep)

Rotas are issued in advance to support work-life balance.

Requirements

  • You're caring, upbeat and reliable, with confidence to support varied needs and personalities.
  • You enjoy active routines, teamwork and helping people live independently.
  • A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs.
  • A manual driving licence is essential.
