A driver is essential due to limited bus routes and because the person we support really enjoys going out for drives, making it an important part of her support.
Responsibilities:
- Using the Activate model to support skill-building and goal setting across key quality-of-life areas.
- Encouraging independence and recognising every moment's potential.
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful manner.

- Work positively within a team and build trust with families and colleagues.
- Be comfortable supporting with personal care and everyday routines.
- Use basic digital systems for recording information.
- Be reliable and flexible to meet people's support needs.
Experience isnβt essential; we provide full training. What matters most is your compassion, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to helping someone live a great life.
