Support Workers

Overview We39re looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our night team in Weymouth. You\\\’ll be supporting a friendly gentleman in his 20s who lives with different support needs, working as part of a close-knit team within his own home. This role is all about providing calm, consistent overnight support that helps him maintain a positive sleep routine while being there for him if he wakes or needs reassurance.
