We are looking for an experienced female Relief Support Worker to work flexibly across our homes in Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and Garboldisham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident adapting to different environments, and thrives on building relationships with people who have learning disabilities, autism, and a range of support needs.
As a relief worker, you will play an essential role in maintaining continuity of high-quality support. You will support people with daily living skills, personal care, household tasks and routines, following personalised support plans and using our evidence-based Activate approach to recognise potential in every moment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals, always promoting dignity, choice, and independence. This role includes day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, providing you with flexibility while offering vital support to our teams across the three localities. You will be expected to use digital systems for record-keeping, follow health and safety processes, and uphold confidentiality at all times. As you will be travelling between homes and supporting people with community access, a driver with your own vehicle is essential.

You will have strong communication skills, including the ability to listen well and adapt your style to meet individual needs. You will also need basic digital literacy to complete records and e-learning requirements.
