The 5 Dimensions Trust is seeking a reliable, proactive Site Manager to join our dedicated team at Walton High. This is a key role in ensuring our academy provides a safe, secure, and well‑maintained environment for our students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and the environment. You will have a strong sense of responsibility and play an important part in the day‑to‑day life of the school.

Working closely with the Head of School and the Trust Estates Manager, the Site Manager will oversee the maintenance, security, and health and safety of the academy site, helping to create a positive and welcoming place for learning and work. The Site Manager will manage a team of Site Assistants. You will ideally have an IOSH qualification or will be willing to complete this with the support of the 5 Dimensions Trust in the near future where the qualification is not held.
