We're looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our teams across Sheffield, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Support people with daily living skills and routines
- Help with cooking, cleaning and maintaining their home
- Support with shopping, budgeting and managing money
- Provide personal care where required
- Administer or support with medication
- Encourage and support participation in hobbies, activities and community life
- Provide reassurance during times of anxiety or behaviours of distress, following Positive Behaviour Support approaches

- Experience in care or supporting people with autism or learning disabilities is helpful, but not essential – we'll provide full training.
Shift pattern
Shifts vary from Long day (7am - 10pm), Early (7am - 2:30pm), Late (2:30pm - 10pm), Long day + sleep. We look for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of shifts, weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance.
