You will provide 1:1 support, helping with personal care, meals and activities, while promoting independence and safety in the community. A calm, patient and respectful approach is essential.
Role includes long day shifts (8am-8pm or similar) with occasional sleep-ins, driving a vehicle with a full UK licence, and safeguarding requirements. DBS is enhanced and paid by Dimensions.
