You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming residential home supporting seven adults with Learning Disabilities. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes this role so rewarding.

Role Overview: Support Worker - Weekend Shifts (Every Other Weekend) in Littlehampton. Shift Pattern: 8am-9pm, Saturday & Sunday (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off).

Responsibilities & Key Qualities:

  • Build confidence and independence through daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry)

  • A driver – preferred but not essential

Experience in social care is welcome, but not required. What matters most is your attitude, your values, and your willingness to learn.
