You will support two individuals, each with distinct personalities and needs: Mark, who prefers calmer environments, and Andrew, who thrives on social interaction. Your role involves daily care, medication administration, activity planning, and encouragement of independence.

Responsibilities

  • Support with personal care, from gentle prompting to full assistance.
  • Administer medication (full training provided).
  • Plan and enjoy activities such as sports, cinema trips, park visits, and pub lunches.
  • Encourage hobbies, friendships, and independence.
  • Help with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Shift Pattern

Long days with sleep‑ins, 10am to 10pm, including overnight shifts that finish the next day, and a variety of shifts during the day. Availability to work weekends is required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
